Energy drinks are soft drinks advertised as providing energy to improve physical activity of the drinker, as compared to a typical drink. Rather than providing food energy (as measured in calories), energy drinks are designed to increase a user's mental alertness and physical performance by the addition of caffeine, vitamins, and herbal supplements which may interact to provide a stimulant effect over and above that obtained from caffeine alone.

Healthy Energy Drinks
Healthly Energy drinks are soft drinks advertised as providing energy to improve physical activity of the drinker, as compared to a typical drink. Rather than providing food energy these drinks are designed to increase a user’s mental alertness and physical performance by the addition of caffeine, vitamins, and herbal supplements which may interact to provide a stimulant effect over and above that obtained from caffeine alone.
Generally, healthy energy drinks include methylxanthines (including caffeine), vitamin B and herbs. Other common ingredients are guarana, which has a high caffeine content, and taurine, plus various forms of ginseng, maltodextrin, carbonated water, inositol, carnitine, creatine, glucuronolactone and ginkgo biloba. Some contain high levels of sugar, and many brands also offer artificially-sweetened ‘diet’ versions. The central ingredient in most energy drinks is caffeine, the same stimulant found in coffee or tea, often in the form of guarana or yerba mate.

Monster Energy Drink
Monster Energy Drink is the biggest drink shot in the market. It comes in 3 oz bottle and is considerably thicker then all other energy drink shots. It delivers a fast and powerful punch that comes with high-intense energy that easily holds up for 5 hours. Although its caffeine content is not disclosed, we estimate its caffeine content to be approx 240 mg. That would explain the quick and powerful punch and makes this easily the most powerful energy drink shot in the market. Its ranking is impacted by its size. Per oz the energy shot is at “only” 80 mg of caffeine, but slam the whole bottle and you will certainly feel it. Monster Energy Drinks is easily one of the best tasting energy drink shots in the market. All in all a real premium energy drink shot.

Caffeine Energy Drink
Energy drinks are beverages, which contain large doses of caffeine and other legal stimulants. Caffeine energy drink may contain as much as 80 mg of caffeine, the equivalent of a cup of coffee. Energy drinks should not be used while exercising as the combination of fluid loss from sweating and the diuretic quality of the caffeine can leave the user severely dehydrated.
Individual responses to caffeine energy drink vary, and these drinks should be treated carefully because of how powerful they are. Energy drinks' stimulating properties can boost the heart rate and blood pressure (sometimes to the point of palpitations), dehydrate the body, and, like other stimulants, prevents sleep.
